There was a case that I was Co-Mediating. The case was regarding a minor assault. We Mediators spent a lot of time speaking with the parties jointly and separately. We managed to come to a near settlement. While we were tying down the finer details of the agreement, the Complainant comes back into the room and suddenly decided to back out from his original deal🤷🏾🤔
