Mediation - New Qualification

Communication is critical in dispute resolution. I took up this WSQ programme which touches on the NLP communication methodology. It gives you a broad understanding of some of the strategies and applications together with practice. It was an exciting two days.

Earlier I took up another workshop on Para Counselling which uses a different approach to communication.

It was great to update and validate my skills, knowledge and attributes. I am sure this will be an asset to help the clients during Mediation.
